Fitness Programs

Psycho-Therapy

I tailor each session with a bio-psycho-social approach/connection to help discover the hidden/missing link(s) to help you find ways to achieve your goals. Varying forms of intervention and support are offered in addition to setting lifestyle prescriptions with mindful practices, habit stacking strategies, meditations. PEFT, EMDR, and QNB techniques are offered depending what calls in each session.

PEFT: Precision Energy Freedom Techniques. This form of therapy is geared toward reducing stress and trauma stored in the body and mind. This form of tapping works with connecting the body and breath with neurological ‘pressure points’ and meridians. This can be a helpful process for emotional stressors, life challenges of anxiety, depression, sleep disturbances and more.

QNB: Quantum Neural Biology is a form of therapy focusing to de-sensitize trauma and triggers stored in the pain centers of the brain and body and upgrade the mind with re-framing to a healthier thought and belief system. Specific eye movement patterns are utilized with the neural brain connections similar to EMDR (eye movement desensitization re-processing). This can be a helpful technique for trauma, anxiety, emotional stressors and more.

Traditional CBT psycho-therapy is an average of 1-3 years commitment of meeting regularly while PEFT, EMDR, QNB techniques can produce lasting results with as little as 1-6 sessions. While ALL therapy is effective, there are different strategies to help get the results with differing circumstances in individual cases.

None of these practices replace medical advise from your doctor, or psychiatrist, and I do advise you to speak with your doctor with any changes you are making toward your health especially when considering altering medication.

I do believe you have the power with in yourself. When you choose to connect with your higher self, to become your healthiest version of you, you claim ownership and accountability. It is up to you to decide how you wish to see results for yourself. I cannot guarantee healing, but I have had powerful results with those who are dedicated in their path to healing when they are committed to the change they wish to be and follow the protocols discussed while in session.
