Understanding the Patterns Beneath the Surface
Many people spend years trying to change behaviors without first understanding the patterns driving them.
Through a neuroscience-informed, bio-psycho-social approach, we explore how your nervous system, beliefs, experiences, relationships, habits, and environment influence the way you think, feel, and respond to life's challenges.
Together, we identify the patterns that may be keeping you stuck and create practical strategies that support greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and intentional change.
Depending on your goals, sessions may include lifestyle prescriptions, mindfulness practices, habit-stacking strategies, nervous system regulation tools, PEFT, QNB, EMDR-informed techniques, and other integrative approaches designed to support lasting transformation.

Specialized Techniques for Pattern Reprocessing & Emotional Resilience
Sometimes awareness alone is not enough.
We may understand a pattern logically, yet still find ourselves reacting the same way, carrying the same emotional charge, or feeling stuck in the same cycle.
This is because many experiences are stored not only through conscious thought, but through learned nervous system responses, emotional associations, and deeply conditioned neural pathways.
To support this deeper level of change, I may incorporate specialized techniques designed to help reduce emotional activation, improve nervous system regulation, and create new patterns of response.
PEFT (Precision Energy Freedom Techniques)
PEFT combines focused awareness, breathwork, and gentle tapping techniques to support emotional regulation and stress reduction. By engaging both the mind and body, PEFT can help individuals process emotional stressors, reduce feelings of overwhelm, and create greater resilience in the face of life's challenges.

EMDR-Informed Approaches
